Pricing

We work hard to have close relationships with hotels everywhere to ensure that our clients are well taken care of while traveling. These hotel partners pay us a commission directly when you book hotels with us, so we don’t charge any fee for hotel bookings. They pay, you don’t!
If you’d like us to take over and get everything else squared away for you, we offer a concierge service and do charge a service fee for our time. This service this consists of a personalized daily itinerary for your trip, which can include any and all of the following bookings:
  • transportation to/from the hotel
  • restaurant reservations 
  • tennis lessons, golf tee times, or other sporting reservations (available only at certain locations)
  • bike, scooter, and golf cart rentals (available only at certain locations)
  • spa treatments
  • day trips and excursions
We will also include insider information on any current events taking place, cultural experiences and attractions you may be interested in, and recommendations for local hot-spots to stop for a coffee or cocktail!
The pricing for this service can range from $150-$500, depending on the length and the type of trip we’re planning.

**please note: this service fee does NOT go towards the cost of any reservation, rental, service, or treatment. For a list of prices for these bookings, please check the hotel website or email us and we can kindly forward those along to you.
